All sales are final, as each arrangement is created with seasonal, perishable blooms selected specifically for your order. Because every design is made to order and crafted with care, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges one full business day before delivery date. Keep them cool — place away from direct sun, heat vents, and drafts. Refresh the water daily — clean, cool water keeps blooms hydrated. Avoid putting arrangement inside of your fridge or around ripening fruit which releases gas which shortens vase life. POTTED PLANTS: Light: Most indoor plants prefer bright indirect light. Avoid harsh afternoon sun unless noted. Water slowly and thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry. Your flowers and plants are chosen with intention — seasonal, fresh, and sourced with care. This approach lets me work the way I believe flowers deserve : with beauty, care, and a little bit of magic. A smaller intentional menu also means: Less waste — I only bring in what I know I’ll use. Deliveries typically follow in the afternoon— sometimes outside of standard business hours— so I can ensure every piece is finished beautifully before it leaves the studio.
