By placing an order with Floramere, you agree to the terms outlined below.2. Products & Design Approach Floramere specializes in seasonal, garden‑inspired floral design. Because flowers are natural and perishable, variations in color, size, and availability may occur. Substitutions may be made at the designer’s discretion to maintain overall style, quality, and value.3. Ordering & Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Floramere accepts major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.4. Delivery. Delivery is available within Floramere’s service area in Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon. Delivery windows are approximate; weather, traffic, and seasonal volume may affect timing. Accurate delivery information is required. Floramere is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or lack of recipient availability.5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations. All sales are final. Due to the perishable and custom‑designed nature of floral products, Floramere does not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations are not available after 24 hours to delivery date. If you have concerns about your order, please contact Floramere within 24 hours so we can assist.6. Care & Responsibility After Delivery.Once flowers or plants have been delivered, care becomes the responsibility of the recipient. Floramere provides general care guidelines, but longevity depends on environment, handling, and proper care.7. Gift Items & Non‑Floral Products.Curated gift items such as candles, chocolates, and home goods may be offered. These items are final sale unless defective upon arrival. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.8. Website Content & Intellectual Property. All images, text, branding, and design elements on the Floramere website are the property of Floramere and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.9. Privacy & Personal Information. Floramere collects only the information necessary to process orders and provide customer service.
